Before the event, our independent consultants will perform a survey of your team. This survey determines your team's issues and drives the particular experiential activities and kitchen exercises the team will enjoy. The experiential activities help your team to highlight its issues and to decide upon concise and pro-active goals. The kitchen experience employs baking activities to reinforce the new dynamics suggested by the team.
