ROPES Challenge incorporates high and low ropes course elements with core team and leadership workshop topics. We use challenge course elements as a
tool for growth because it gives participants a hand-on opportunity to experience team work and leadership.
Serious Fun, Unique & Transferable Experiences
Focusing on our clients' workshop objectives, we create an experience for participants to enhance their "soft skills" and provide rich training tools
to make them successful in the workplace. Most importantly, the challenge course elements lead to creative and innovative discussion on leadership and
team competencies as they relate to the work environment. Whether participants want to climb, belay, rope handle, or simply support each other, the
choice is theirs. We operate under a Challenge by Choice philosophy where people make decisions individually and not as a result of peer pressure.
Low Challenge Course
"Low-element" activities take place usually no more than a few metres off the ground and require only low to moderate risk and physical strength. Issues
addressed include decision-making, problem-solving, corporation, and commitment, as participants learn to trust themselves and each other and test their
professional limits.
High-Ropes Challenge Course
For a multi-day itinerary, participants may consider advancing to the high-ropes course, where the focus shifts from team orientation to ore individualized
goals. It is strongly recommended that a group spend at least one day on the low-elements course and demonstrate adequate progress in teamwork and communication
before utilizing these more advanced elements.
