Discover if your team has what it takes to make the right decisions and prosper in this adventure simulation. The Ultimate Quest is designed to accelerate team and leadership development by engaging teams in a series of hands-on survival simulations that encourage planning, communication, team work, and innovation. Each “survival-themed” simulation presents the team with fun and challenging hands-on situations in which participants have to collaborate as a team, come to consensus on the best courses of action, and actually execute their selected course of action.

Serious Fun, Unique & Transferable Experiences

This workshop is a fun, interactive, and entertaining way for teams to develop synergy, team processes, and leadership skills to be more effective in the work place. The Ultimate Quest is designed for people of all fitness levels. Focusing on our clients' workshop objectives, we create an experience for participants to enhance their "soft skills" and provide rich training tools to make them successful in the workplace. The workshop integrates self-reflection, group debriefs, and personal action planning so that learning is sustained long after the workshop is over. Additionally, peer evaluations are conducted in a collaborative manner to help participants build awareness on how their leadership style impacts team dynamics. As with all of our team building workshops, we operate under a Challenge by Choice philosophy where people make decisions individually and not as a result of peer pressure.

" Good overall with all the fun, games & learning! Excellent organisation. Only improvement is the outdoor game. Too much time spent travelling, should keep it shorter with more intense activities as as to learn the team's dynamics."
