Each of us is a unique individual with a set of characteristics (temperament traits) that influence how we will interact with the world around us. The qualities we look for, the traits we value and the way in which we relate to others, are all connected as parts of our personality. Whether we “click” with someone, and the relationship blossoms, or we “clash,” depends largely on the personality composition of each individual.

By discovering what best motivates and energises you, you are able to direct your energy so that you are more often operating from a position of strength.

Knowing your personality type can help you become aware of how you operate. You will acknowledge your way of communicating, how you prefer to interact with others, and how you prefer to make decisions.

This knowledge will enable you to make informed choices regarding your career path, doing the type of work you prefer, and making you aware of how people of other types will differ from you.

In a team, they become more aware of their differences and focuses on how different types of people can work successfully together.

For example, a team which consists of similar types will no doubt bond quite quickly, and can often move forward without incident.

However, that particular team will not see their own 'blind spots' as they are too similar. The team that has members who are diverse from each other will take longer to get along, and there could be conflict.

However, the team's end results will be more successful and encompass a wider viewpoint, as each different team member prefers different functions.

Personality Profiling provides the first step in developing insights for greater effectiveness in all aspects of life.
